Beliau mahir menghasilkan blok batik dengan olahan pelbagai motif dan reka corak flora yang sejajar dengan peredaran semasa serta menjadi ikutan pengusaha kraf blok batik khususnya di negeri Kelantan. Beliau berjaya menghasilkan inovasi yang melancarkan proses penghasilan kepingan sumbat yang kemas dan sekata. Beliau turut mempelbagaikan fungsi blok melalui penghasilan blok berbingkai untuk dijadikan cenderamata atau perhiasan dinding.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Md Ghani bin Mat was born in Pasir Mas, Kelantan on 23 December 1956. He is a virtuoso in the creation of batik blocks featuring accenting various motifs and beautiful floral designs which resonates with the current trend and are emulated by other producers of batik block crafts, especially in the state of Kelantan. He innovated the process of producing neat and even stuffing pieces. Beliau mendapat <span class=\"s1\">pendidikan<\/span> tertinggi di Sekolah Kebangsaan Ibrahim, Pasir Mas, Kelantan. Blok batik yang dihasilkan oleh Encik Md. <span class=\"s1\">Ghani<\/span> sentiasa menjadi ikutan dan contoh kepada pengusaha kraf blok batik <span class=\"s1\">khususnya di sekitar negeri Kelantan<\/span>. Hasil tangan beliau sentiasa dikagumi kerana kualiti dan kekemasan yang dihasilkan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Md. Ghani Mat turut menggunakan alatan moden dalam proses membuat blok batik sama ada yang hendak dijual atau tempahan khas kerana alatan ini dapat mempertingkatkan lagi proses kerja <span class=\"s1\">selain daripada<\/span> menjaga kualiti produk. Beliau<\/span> turut menjadi rujukan berkaitan <span class=\"s1\">dengan<\/span> blok batik dari pihak-pihak tertentu seperti Yayasan Budi Penyayang bagi menjayakan program Pertandingan Piala Seri Endon dan <i>Kuala Lumpur International Batik <\/i>(KLIB).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Selain itu, beliau<\/span> juga dijemput menyertai aktiviti demonstrasi pembuatan blok batik, menjadi pengajar di bengkel-bengkel blok batik dan <span class=\"s1\">sebagai<\/span> panel program bual bicara berkaitan <span class=\"s1\">dengan<\/span> blok batik anjuran Kraftangan Malaysia. Bagi menghargai sumbangan tersebut, Kraftangan Malaysia telah melantik beliau sebagai Adiguru Kraf Blok Batik pada tahun
